Graphic Design

Over the last 10 years I have worked in both Toronto and Amsterdam as a Adaptive Designer and Quality control specialist for various organizations. I review and develop creative assets while ensuring they meet brand, client, regulatory and production requirements. This has solidified my attention to detail, problem solving abilities and given me the ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality. I have also worked in studio planning and workflow focused roles in studios, giving me the organizational skills and autonomy to manage the changing needs of ever evolving projects. This has made me collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Throughout my unique and exciting career, I have worked closely with creatives, account management, and production teams to translate creative direction into thoughtful visual solutions across an extensive range of formats. I am comfortable in developing visual explorations, mockups, presentations and production ready artwork — all while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship across typographic, composition, imagery, hierarchy and brand consistency.

My ranged experience in design has given me a strong understanding of how all things creative needs to evolve and be given careful consideration across different audiences, platforms and formats. I have a deep understanding and respect for the importance of design for social and digital environments where hierarchy, readability, mobile-first composition and immediate visual impact are critical. I also enjoy building concepts for motion through storyboards style frames, sequences and layouts that give motion designers and editors a clear creative foundation to deliver a concrete final product.
